Exposé – How can a smart TV spy on you?
Is our TV watching us? It sounds like science fiction but many new TVs can watch you – telling advertisers your favorite shows or even filming you on the sofa. And there’s no off switch!
‘On the other side of the world’, characters you didn’t know existed are keeping an eye on your every move. These characters can see what clothes you have been wearing and what food you’ve eaten. They heard every word you said, and logged every TV show you watched. They work for major corporations. And guess who these corporations work for…. of course, the Illuminati. And now they know your most intimate secrets, while using all kinds of smart devices! And all your data is just worth a lot of money.
Most worrying of all, the device continues sending your information to others, even after you have adjusted the television’s default settings to ‘opt-out’ of data sharing.
It doesn’t take much digging to find out.
Talk to any IT security expert and they will tell you that this discovery is probably the tip of the iceberg.
TVs are essentially computers that connect to the Internet — and so also send information back the other way.
Other experts made the chilling discovery that it is possible to remotely access the video cameras built into the front of thousands of smart televisions, and spy on the users in their own home. For example, one is able to do ‘penetration tests’ on TVs. One is able to install ‘spyware’ that can allow them to see through the camera — without even activating the little light that indicates it’s on.
Thanks firstly to mobile devices, and now smart TVs, we are entering a ‘brave new world’ where there will be computers everywhere.
Well, this was about 10 years ago. Who knows what else these televisions are doing today that we don’t know about?
This video shows you some interesting facts when a TV has been turned off:
The Hidden Dangers of Electronics Even When Turned Off
Smart TVs can spy on you in three key ways
-ACR technology: spying by collecting data about what you watch. ACR tracks your very activity with a technology called Automatic Content Recognition.
-Smart TV camera: spying with video.
-Smart TV microphone: spying by listening. It listens to everything you say, and sends it off to who knows. Do TPTB work with Britain’s MI5 to develop this capability to target specific individuals? God knows, and of course, they will say that it is to ‘keep us safe’.
For example, in 2015, Samsung faced significant backlash due to the constant voice detection feature in their smart TVs. While many Samsung smart TVs necessitate pressing the microphone button for voice commands, certain models are perpetually active, utilizing the integrated microphone and camera for continuous listening and monitoring.
Samsung faced another scandal in 2016, when it was revealed that its smart TVs were sending voice commands to a third party for processing, including personal or other sensitive information. It was later discovered that this data wasn’t even properly encrypted!
The ways smart TVs spy on you — legal or illegal — have major implications. All forms can be considered snooping and breaches of privacy.
In Britain, the Jesuit- and MI6-controlled propaganda tool BBC News aired just the tip of the iceberg in order to keep the masses dumb:
