Vaccine: How to knockdown a gene

Knockdown a gene? The title of the news article reads as follows: ‘Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) In Clinical Use: Have You Considered All Options?’

It can be found on the website of Corden Pharma, a highly sophisticated and entrepreneurial mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing company, in other words, a big pharma player.
The shocking truth is hidden in plain sight…

Dr. Carrie Madej exposes this evil as follows:

This company and this substance will be used with the Moderna vaccine. This paragraph states that the substance can be used to enhance RNA’s ability to edit or ‘knockout’ a gene. An entire gene. They are lying to us that it cannot change our genes, DNA, genome. It is right here…

Proof is right here under our very eyes:

The article says, Lipid nanoparticles (LNP) are the leading delivery systems for enabling the therapeutic potential of small interfering RNA (siRNA), mRNA for systemic applications or CRISPR (a genome editing technology).

The utilization of cationic lipids for in-vitro transfection of mRNA was first described more than 20 years ago, by complexing mRNA in a liposome containing the synthetic cationic lipid N-[1-(2,3-dioleyloxy)propyl-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride (DOTMA) and the helper lipid dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine (DOPE), achieving high levels of the translated protein.

These vaccines are engineered to literally shut down human genes!

Significant effort has been applied to discover and develop vehicles which can guide small interfering siRNA through the many barriers guarding the interior of target cells. Improvements in delivery efficacy were required to fulfill the broadest potential of RNA interference therapeutics. Through the combinatorial synthesis and screening of a different class of materials, a formulation has been identified that enables siRNA-directed liver gene silencing in mice at doses below 0.01 mg∕kg. The potential of this formulation was further validated in non-human primates, where high levels of knockdown of the clinically relevant gene transthyretin were observed at doses as low as 0.03 mg∕kg.

More than one company working on Coronavirus vaccines

Johnson and Johnson, for example, is working on injecting you with a live virus (a vector)… another way of saying CRISPR technology, modifying your gene/genome. Dr. Carrie Madej sees a trend here.

Another front runner is INOVIO, using a DNA vaccine that uses electroporation. It absolutely can alter your gene/genome. The other ingredients are unknown.

And AstraZeneca is another front runner, using a chimpanzee virus vector to infect you and it carries the genetic code for your body to produce a part of the Coronavirus. They are using CRISPR technology which can change your gene/genome. Yep. What could go wrong? Another example of how we are being lied to.

God help us. People just do not understand the Pandora’s Box that is about to be unleashed.
