Let’s skip most of the introduction and get right to it…
Phillip Barnett: …. I didn’t get into this because I wanted to be popular or famous. I’m just Phillip, brother Phillip. Because people get their heads all built up, but we’re all in this together. We’re a team. We have Mike and Steven and Scott, and a whole lot of others, on a team getting this information out, because after the Rapture, folks, we’re going to be gone.
And the people who are left behind, countless millions of people…
They need to understand this information that God has had us to deliver before the Rapture. So, that’s what this is all about.
Millions of people around the world will say:
“Oh, well, this couldn’t be the Rapture. Why have all these people disappeared? Because I’m a Christian, too, and I’m still here!” So, you see, God demands holiness. Without holiness, nobody is going to see the face of Father God. And so we have to live holy. It’s not just praying and saying, “Jesus, come into my heart.” Jesus says, ‘Not everybody who saith unto Me, ‘Lord, Lord’ is coming into the Kingdom of heaven. It’s those who do what My Father says’. So, it’s praying, of course, and saying, “Jesus, forgive me of my sins.” But it is also living holy.
Millions of Christians, they’re drunkards on Saturday night and Friday night.
And so they can be surprised: “I’m a Christian, too.” Well, excuse me, without holiness you’re not going to the Lord. You’re not going to see the face of God. You will be left behind.
So, that’s what this is about: warning millions and millions of people that Jesus would have loved to have taken to heaven who are going to be left behind. What stairs they are to go to, that they can be safe from the nuclear attack that will take place soon on November 11th [year unknown].
Even people in the world know: ‘Man, we’re getting close’.
People know we are at the very end. Pretty soon it will be 2,000 years since Jesus died on the cross. Folks, we’re getting close.
The fig tree
Jesus said in Matthew 24, the 32nd, 33rd, 34th verses: ‘So, let Me tell you a parable, a story of the fig tree’. I’m not talking about the fig tree. I’m talking about what the fig tree represents. ‘When the fig tree puts forth its branches, its leaves, you know it’s summertime. Things are getting green. And so likewise, everyone who sees the fig tree put forth its leaves’, He said, ‘that generation will not pass away, will not die off, before I return.’
Well, the fig tree represents Israel.
Israel put forth its leaves on May 14th, 1948. And the generation that was old enough, – not saying the generation is 20 or 40 or 70 or 100 years – but the people who were alive: who can remember! Well, when I was 8 years old, Israel became a nation. People who can remember when Israel became a nation, they’re in their upper 80s and 90s now! And Jesus said, ‘A little bit of that generation is still going to be alive when I return’. He said, ‘There’s going to be a portion of that generation still alive’.
The devil knows the Rapture is going to take place.
A disappearance is going to take place: all the children of the world, all true born again: a group of believers. And so he has used Hollywood and Disney and other companies, and even The Avengers. You think that’s an accident? The people who create that stuff, they know! The devil knows that there’s going to be a Rapture. And the devil is using those people to program the minds of this generation to believe in this: ‘they’re going to steal us all away’.
And even the White House and Trump talk about all these ‘aliens’ and these ‘true sightings’ [not all are true sightings; part of them are true UFO sightings]. Man, the deception that is going on is unbelievable, and it’s to prepare the world!
I need to get into the final Southeastern Remnant.
I know that’s what many of you are waiting for. And I’m going to start with an interesting story from Ukraine. This story came to me from some friends in Ohio in the Cincinnati area. So I want to share…
A story about a young boy and girl during World War II

These two people are now with the Lord. When they were about 12 or 13 years old, they lived in a village in Ukraine, where there was a strong prophetic ministry where miraculous things were happening among the evangelicals living in that little village. When the couple grew up, they got married. During World War II, German soldiers occupied their village, their area, and not just regular soldiers, but the SS. SS is short for the Schutzstaffel, the SS stormtroopers. They were the elite political soldier corps of the Nazi Party.
The SS gathered the entire village together and ordered them to dig a large pit.
These two teenagers were there in that group that had been gathered together. While everyone was digging the pit, one woman filled with the Holy Spirit, who was a part of that evangelical church in the village, began speaking in tongues. The Lord gave her a strong urge to approach the SS officer in charge. She went up to him and continued to pray in tongues, simply standing next to him. As the woman spoke in tongues…
All of a sudden the SS officer’s face turned pale.
And he abruptly ordered the work to stop, commanded that the people be fed, and then released to go home. Not his soldiers; nobody understood what had just happened.
Everyone knew they were digging their own graves, but one thing was clear.
Everything changed after that woman approached the SS officer. The officer’s interpreter came up to the woman after she stopped speaking, and asked, “Where did you learn German?” She answered, “I don’t speak German. I don’t know German. I only speak Ukrainian and Russian. I’ve lived in this little village all my life.” The interpreter said, “You were speaking German just now. And you weren’t just speaking German, you were speaking the dialect of our head officer’s hometown. And you told him these words in German”. This is what this woman who didn’t speak any German told the German SS officer…
“If you shoot these people right now, I will wipe out your entire household.”
When the German officer heard that, he was terrified and ordered the work to stop, fed the people, and let them go. This young boy and girl lived through the war, and later immigrated to America.
The Holy Spirit operated prophetic gifts through them. About 20 years ago, perhaps around 2005…
This man had a dream, and in the dream he saw two presidents standing.
One of the presidents was from America, and the other was Russian.
This dream, as explained by the man, resembled what just recently happened in Alaska on August 15th, 2025…
at the narrowest place, where the American and Russian borders nearly touch between Alaska and Russia across the Bering Strait. In the dream, the two presidents, the two men, reached out their hands and shook hands with each other. And people were questioning, “Why did Trump…. why are you having Putin come here to America, to Alaska?” But they met there not too far from the Bering Strait, and they shook hands just like this man had dreamed would take place between the Russian and American president 20 years ago.
Next part of the dream
Then the man saw himself standing somewhere in America; on the ground lay corpses. You know, dead bodies, and ruins…. complete devastation! And he asked the Lord: “Lord, where am I?” And he heard the Lord reply, ‘This is the land where you are living. This is America’. And he also heard: ‘Russia will freeze America’. How exactly this would happen, he didn’t know. But he carried the word in his heart his whole life, and told everyone about the dream.
At the time he had the dream, he lived in the state of Washington.
He moved away from there after the dream in which he was told of the disaster that would happen there. And he was afraid to live in Washington any longer. He didn’t know when the disaster that he had seen in the dream was going to be.
Now he’s already passed away, and the disaster still hasn’t happened.
Before he passed away, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and then later to Cincinnati, Ohio. And that’s where the people in Ohio learned about the dream and the story of his life. I don’t know this man’s name.
If you know more of this story, and the man’s name, more details, exact dates, I would be very much interested in receiving them.
But this man was given a glimpse of what was going to happen after the American and Russian presidents shook hands near the Bering Straits in Alaska. The area where the man lived, he said, “In the dream it transferred. In the area where I was living in America, it was full of dead bodies. Everything was destroyed. It was total ruin.”
So let’s get into what is called ‘The Southeastern Remnant’.
Now, on August 1st, I had 30 pages. Brother Mike and the team came down from here in Oklahoma, and brother Joe and Caleb, sister Caleb, opened up their church, and I ministered for 3 hours that day, and gave the American Remnant. [You can watch the video + transcript here in English.]
But God did not give me information about the southeastern United States!
Well, whenever I left there, we went on to Orlando, Florida, where my daughter was in the Assembly of God Fine Arts contest. There were 22,000 people there. Our daughter won first place in the university category for two-dimensional art drawing. She did a beautiful drawing. And she took second place in America for piano, and second place in America for fiber arts. And every time we saw her name on these big giant jumbotrons on the ceiling inside that massive facility there in Orlando, it’s like, ‘Oh my goodness, she won first place!’ for she’s quite the little artist.
I’m always long-winded…
And in Ukraine, when I preached, she would sit and start drawing. She would draw a picture of a horse. And week after week, she’d draw a horse while I preached. That’s how she learned to draw, by listening to me preach.

The Southeastern Remnant
Thus saith the Lord:
‘I placed Lookout Mountain northwest of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and placed other surrounding mountains as a geological feature across southern Tennessee. And I placed them there during the cataclysm of the Great Flood at the time of Noah, as a protection for the area of Chattanooga and Cleveland, Tennessee, which cities I am pleased with. And for the protection of Georgia and Alabama from the nuclear bombs that will hit Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee, New Orleans, Louisiana, of which cities I have been very displeased with since its founding. And as a protection from the Russian nuclear bomb that will hit Little Rock, Arkansas.’
The private residence of President Donald Trump
The Lord spoke to me that the Antichrist will, with the assistance of the Chinese, attempt to destroy the private residence of President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. ‘Let presidential security forces beware of rocket-propelled grenades and snipers.’
This means that, since Trump is still going to be alive, we’re getting close, folks!
This means that the Rapture and subsequent nuclear war with Russia takes place while President Trump still has some type of political power [Phillip thinks]. Whether he’s president or not, I don’t know, but he will still have political power and influence in America.
Revelation 3:10 To the church of Philadelphia
Jesus said, “Because you have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from [out of] the hour of testing”, which is the Tribulation period. It’s not one hour; it is a period of time. “I will keep you out of that hour of testing, which shall come upon all the world to test those who dwell on the earth.”
Does it say, I’m going to keep you through? It says, “out!” And I could use a whole bunch more Scriptures….
The Rapture is not the beginning of the Tribulation period.
Whenever the Antichrist and Israel and many nations of the world sign that ‘non-aggressive peace treaty’, that is the marker that the Tribulation period has begun! And when they say ‘peace and safety’, what is it what happens? You know. Sudden destruction comes upon them! They sign that treaty, peace and safety, but immediately World War III begins between Russia and the United States over Israel.
So when a 7-year peace treaty is signed by many countries, that will begin the Tribulation period.
And you can see that in Daniel 9:27a: “And he [the Antichrist] shall confirm the covenant [sign a peace treaty] with many nations for one week”. 7 years means: a week of years. So the peace treaty is for 7 years. “And in the midst of the week [around the 3 and 1/2 year point of the Tribulation period] he shall cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease….”
You see, when Israel has signed that treaty, they will feel peaceful: ‘Hey, we can start giving sacrifices just like we did in the Old Testament’. So for 3 and 1/2 years they will do that.
But at the midpoint, the Antichrist will attack Israel, and will stop the sacrifices from being made, because those sacrifices aren’t to him.
So he’s going to stop the sacrifices from being made by those in Judaism (Jewish people) at the midpoint of the Tribulation period. And so the Jews who follow the Old Testament religion of Judaism, that does not accept Jesus as Messiah, will feel free to begin offering the Old Testament sacrifices again after that treaty is signed…. Not understanding the offering of the body of Jesus Christ, who was the only sacrifice necessary for forgiveness of sins.
Only the blood of a perfect Lamb, Jesus Christ, can take away sin.
So He was the only sacrifice necessary for forgiveness of our sins. Since Father God offered up His son, no other sacrifices are necessary.
John 3:16 says: ‘For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life’. This verse emphasizes God’s love as the motivation for giving up His Son. So we understand that point. Okay? We can only get to heaven through Jesus.
So when we repent and say, “Jesus, come into my heart…”
Not to some priest [or sect leader, or whosoever], but you repent directly to Jesus, in your car, or kneeling by your bed. You say, “Jesus, come into my heart.”
You see, we serve one God in three persons:
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. They indwell each other. And when Jesus was on the cross, the Holy Spirit indwelled Him and indwelled His blood. And when we say, “Jesus, I’m sorry for my sins. Come into my heart”, then the Holy Spirit, who indwells the blood of Jesus, comes to us like the wind. We don’t see where He comes from or where He goes. The blood of Jesus washes our black heart of sin and makes us as white as snow. It allows us to be a part of the Kingdom of God.
Now, the Southeastern Remnant…. God says:
‘No nuclear weapons will detonate directly over the Southeastern states.’
And listen to this, I’ve had questions since I gave the American Remnant in August. This question is nonstop online: “Phillip, will Florida be hit? Will Georgia be hit? You didn’t say anything about these states”. Well, I’m saying it now. North and South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi: no Russian nuclear bombs will detonate over these states.
Now, the fringes of those states will partially be destroyed in some areas.
They hit, for example, Little Rock or other areas, okay? But God, at the time of the Great Flood, put mountains there to protect certain areas. And God made it plain to me He is very pleased with the area of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Chattanooga, and that area I suppose of the northern parts of Georgia and Alabama.
Thus saith the Lord:
‘I will leave men and women and resources in these six states to help defend the Union against the armies of the Antichrist, that shall attempt to capture the western part of the United States all the way east to the Mississippi River, that I situated there, where it’s at not only for drainage for water flow in North America, but also as a barrier to the Antichrist, a barrier that he and his armies shall not circumvent.’
These six southern states God will use as a resource for people…
and material, to defend much of the rest of the nation, and food supplies and water supplies.
‘Little Rock, Memphis, and Nashville will all be destroyed in the Russian nuclear attack on November 11th. The attack will be on November 11th.’
What year? We don’t know, but it will be on November 11th!
After the Antichrist and many nations sign a treaty together, saying, “Peace, peace…” But what will happen is sudden destruction shall occur when these nations attack nations, that refuse to sign the treaty to worship the Antichrist as ‘the son of God’.
Thus saith the Lord, ‘I will leave a quarter…’
Now, I would like for brother Mike to pull up the Interstate 77 quarter.
Those of you living in the Southeast and in the Eastern states, please pay close attention to what the Lord told me:
‘I will leave a quarter for troops from the Southeastern Remnant to move from their respective states to defend western states. This quarter will extend from South Carolina northward up Interstate 77 to Charleston, West Virginia. Then the quarter which will leave off of Interstate 77…’ This is a quarter west of Cincinnati and then on to Indianapolis. ‘And then goods and soldiers can be transferred to the western states to defend against the Chinese attack, that will come out of southwestern Canada at the midpoint in the Tribulation period.’
See, after Russia has destroyed many American cities, and America destroyed many Russian cities, and Eastern Ukraine and Eastern Belarus…
then the Chinese will feel, ‘Oh, this is our chance to conquer and colonize America!’ At the midpoint, the Chinese will see this their chance.
You see, California, Oregon, and Washington, especially the western part of those states, will be wiped out with nuclear bombs that will hit Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, and Seattle. So, the Chinese will go around that. And of course, the Rocky Mountains; it would be suicide for them to try to fight through those mountains. It would be impossible! So, they will come around from north to south.
Military people, listen to me!
In a pincer movement, they are coming into Montana, and down into the Great Plains, and come up from Texas up into the Great Plains, to conquer the western states. And I made mention in the American Remnant: the Antichrist will promise the Chinese, “If you will help me conquer western America, and Canada, and Mexico, I will give western America into your hands, western Canada into your hands, except for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and southern Kansas”. He wants that area because of the oil! You cannot control the world without oil, without the energy system.
Now look at a map.
You see those six states. Well, between those states and Ohio, you’ve got Memphis that will be destroyed. You have Nashville that will be destroyed. St. Louis will be destroyed. Little Rock will be destroyed. And you go further up into the very first city that will be destroyed in the Russian attack: Chicago. And: Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Detroit, Michigan. Cleveland, Ohio. New York City will be hit by three nuclear weapons. Washington D.C. will be hit by two. God will allow the Russians to drain that swamp. Okay, Baltimore and Boston will be hit.
So, the northeast is going to be pretty much obliterated, much of it. And south of that is the Midwestern Remnant with Cincinnati.
‘The highway 77 corridor’
So, if you look at a map, it’s going to be called ‘the highway 77 corridor’, ‘the Interstate 77 corridor’. So, troops, materials, food, medicines, can be brought up via Interstate 77, up to Ohio, and then go westward to Cincinnati and Indianapolis, and then all the way across the Mississippi, to help fight against the Chinese invasion. So the highway 77 corridor is going to be very important!
Those of you who are watching this, who live close to that area…
You need to be planting crops! You need to be planting fruit trees and walnut trees! Because walnuts resist radiation. You need to be planting those things to prepare for those left behind, to have food in that transit area, that corridor, to protect the small Midwestern Remnant around Cincinnati, and then further into the Great Plains, that will not be hit.
You notice, I’m not like so many so-called prophets.
They’re going to tell people what they want to hear. I’m telling you what you need to hear for survival. We all have family who are going to be left behind, who refuse! I know people all over America. The mothers are preparing stuff: their wills, for their children and grandchildren. I preached to them [their children who are adults]. I’ve taught them about Jesus, and they refuse. They’re drunkards. They’re all idolaters. So [mothers say,] ‘I’ve arranged my will, that they understand. They receive after I’m gone at the Rapture’. Like: ‘You get back with God, because I want to see you in heaven’.
‘As soon as this prophecy comes to your ears’
Thus says the Lord: ‘I call Christians along this route (77) to now, – as soon as this prophecy comes to your ears – dig water wells, plant fruit trees, plant American walnut trees, to supply food….’
And the wheat!
I explained in the earlier part of the American Remnant, the native wheat crops from the beginning of time that God created: the spelt and the emmer, and those crops: they have hard shells and they resist radiation. So, people have got to have the spelt and the emmer and the khorasan, to use those wheats to grow during the Tribulation period, because they’re radiation resistant. You hear me? Wheat, bread!
Your family, some of them are going to be left behind.
You can be the catalyst. You can be the source that they don’t starve to death! Because we can look in Revelation 6: mass starvation takes place after World War III.
And listen what He says:
‘Plant walnut trees to supply food for those who will need to traverse this route. And do not gouge the people…’ This is after the Rapture. ‘Do not gouge the people in their necessity financially for a large profit for your pockets.’ Those who have food along the route, no, no, no! You don’t gouge the people! If you do…. Thus says the Lord, ‘those who do this will I judge, and death shall come to many who attempt to take advantage of those traveling to help other Americans, and traveling to save the republic that I established’.
Do you hear what God says? ‘I established the republic.’
He is the one who moved on men 250 years ago…. [Note: God is sovereign over the rise, boundaries, and appointed times of nations. Also, Romans 13:1 tells us: ‘The authorities that exist have been established by God’. And in Daniel we can read: ‘God changes times and seasons, removes and sets up kings’. Sometimes hard to believe, isn’t it, but God is using them for His purpose. Of course, those who lead nations, can still turn to the true God! And if they refuse, the kings and princes of the world will be cast down during the Tribulation period. You can read that here.]
‘Those who love money will perish with their money’, says the Lord.
‘If they take advantage of the travelers, I will judge them’, says the Lord. Best beware! Don’t take advantage of your fellow Americans during the Tribulation.
‘After the nuclear attack against America, many of the bridges on Interstate 77 will be damaged or destroyed.’
Because of the nuclear bombs that will hit D.C. and other areas.
Listen to the Lord of hosts:
‘There will be a certain recovery time after the initial nuclear attack against America. But after a degree of understanding of what has happened and what might be ahead for America, there must be priority given to repairing, – and in some cases replacing – the bridges on Interstate 77. Priority over rebuilding other highways that have been severely damaged.’ All of them will need to be repaired, but God says, ‘Give priority to Interstate 77!’
That will be a life flow, because the people from the south can’t go directly across the Mississippi.
They have to circle all around Tennessee, Kentucky, circle around and go up Interstate 77; and they cross Ohio to get to the Great Plains.
So, God says: ‘Highway Interstate 77 must take priority for the bridges to be repaired and rebuilt from the southeastern, eastern states up to the Midwest, and across to the northern Great Plains, to prepare for the attack of the Chinese through southwestern Canada, at the midpoint in the Tribulation period. St. Louis is going to be destroyed in the Russian nuclear attack. So, men, equipment, and medicines will need to be transported on highways north of St. Louis to be able to cross the Mississippi, to defend the Great Plains states from the Chinese attack that will come through Canada into the northern Great Plains.
This highway 77 corridor will in purpose be similar to the central Kansas corridor, that I will defend to allow men, women, and equipment to move back and forth as necessary between the northern plains…’ Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Kansas. Okay? A Kansas corridor between…. You see, the nuclear bomb will hit Denver. Another one will hit St. Louis. But there will be a place in the middle where people can come from Oklahoma, Texas, up to the northern plains, and people from the northern plains back down into Oklahoma.
God says, ‘…. that I will defend the Kansas corridor to allow men, women, and equipment to move back and forth as necessary between the northern plains and the Oklahoma and Texas remnants, during the Tribulation period for mutual assistance and defense’.
And the Oklahoma and Texas remnant will be fighting the Chinese in the south.
The final battle will be in Houston. Okay? The Chinese will faint and attack toward Dallas, but their goal will actually be to encircle Houston. Listen, please…
I can’t tell you the miraculous information how God brought this part to me:
Thus saith the Lord: ‘To the 1st Infantry division, known as The Big Red One. I moved on American political and military leaders to cause you to be deployed to Fort Riley, Kansas, in 1955, for the defense of the northern plains, and as a deterrent to keep the Chinese on the west side of the Mississippi River, when they attack and try to conquer the western states of America. I called the 1st infantry division, The Big Red One, for this purpose’.
‘The Fighting First’
Thus saith the Lord, ‘I know you and your exploits, and how you have fought to defend democracy. You are The Fighting First! I call you and your commanders to be in charge of the defense of the northern plain states and the Kansas corridor, and to work in cooperation with local northern plain states and Oklahoma to the south, to prepare and defend against the Chinese attack from southwestern Canada. I also call the sons of the Plains to stand and fight with you, to fight with The Big Red One, The Fighting First, to fight for your wives and your children, that shall be born to you after the Rapture’.
Because with the Rapture, all the children are going up to be with Jesus.
So, God calls you to fight for your children, the sons of the Plains, and to stand and fight with The Fighting First to fight for your wives and your children, that shall be born to you after the Rapture…. ‘and to defend your land against the armies of the Antichrist. And know that I, the Lord of hosts, am with you. If you fail, the eastern states across the Mississippi will fall prey to the armies of the Antichrist.’
To The Fighting First:
‘To The Fighting First, you must equip (?) yourselves as men, and fight as you have never in your storied history fought. And remember, I go before you, and I have your back. I will lead you and guide you, and give you directions through My Holy Spirit, how to fight the Chinese. I give you the same charge that I gave Joshua, who led the armies of Israel, when they were about to enter into battles for the promised land.
Joshua 1:6 Be strong and of a good courage.
Verse 7: Turn not from it (the challenge that He gives to them) to the right or to the left, that you may prosper and have victory wherever you go. Be strong and very courageous that you may observe to do according to all the law of the Bible on which America was founded. Turn not from it. Learn to hear My voice, and hear, and the voice of My Holy Spirit that I sent to you to dwell in you, if you will accept Me and follow Me. I call you. Regardless of your former sins, call out to Me and I will forgive you, and heal America and protect America, and use you to defend the land of the free and the home of the brave. Be brave, for these battles will not be for the fearful and faint-hearted!
The American Supreme Court struck down the Bible, and took the Ten Commandments off the schoolroom walls. But return to the former paths, that the generations of Americans before you followed. Return My commandments to the walls of your schools and to the hearts of Americans. This book, the Bible, shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.
Verse 9: Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage. Be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed, for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.’
Listen to the next command of the Lord…. Very, very serious:
‘I say to you, give no soldier quarter of the army of the Antichrist, who has taken his mark or name on his or her body. I have determined all who have his name or 666 number inscribed on their right hand or forehead to be eliminated. Every person who you do not eliminate, who has taken his mark or name, I will destroy at the brightness of My coming at the end of the seven years Tribulation period, that comes on all the world, to purge men’s and women’s hearts of sin. For all who have been left behind were left behind, because they retained sin, and did not live holy, free from breaking My Ten Commandments and all My ordinances.’
In the O.T. book of Samuel, 1st Samuel, God sent the prophet Samuel to tell King Saul of Israel to go destroy the Amalekites.
1 Samuel 15, verse 2 reads: Thus saith the Lord God, Lord of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up out of Egypt.
Verse 3: Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
Verse 4: And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.
Verse 7a: And Saul smote the Amalekites….
Verse 8: And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.
Now I want to examine that word ‘all’.
Saul didn’t destroy all the people, okay? He destroyed most of them with the edge of the sword. But Saul and the people spared Agag. And a lot of the other people apparently had been spared. And the best of the sheep they spared, and of the oxen and of the fatlings and the lambs, and all that was good they spared and would not utterly destroy them! But everything that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly. Then came the word of the Lord unto Samuel saying, “It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he has turned back from following Me”.
God knows what’s best!
‘He thinks he knows better than I do. I know the future!’ A lot of times we think we know better than God, but we don’t. And the people at the time, when the Chinese attack: “Oh, we’ll just save some of them alive; we’ll interrogate them”. Do what God says: destroy all of them! If they have taken the mark, then God has put a death sentence on them. “It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king”, and it grieved Samuel, and he cried unto the Lord all night long: “Lord, Lord”. And Samuel came to Saul. Saul said to Samuel: “Blessed be thou of the Lord. I have performed the commandment of the Lord.” Did he really?
And Samuel said, “Well, if you did that, what meaneth then this bleeding of the sheep in mine ears and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?” And Saul said, “Oh, Lord.” Samuel said, “Well, just wait and I will tell you what the Lord has said to me this night. Just wait, don’t talk. So, just listen.” And he said to him, “Okay, Samuel, say on.” And Samuel said, “When you were little in your own sight, was thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel? And the Lord anointed you king over Israel! And the Lord sent you on a journey, and said: ‘Go and utterly destroy the sinners of the Amalekites. Kill them all. Fight against them till they’re all destroyed, every city, every person’.
Wherefore did you not obey the voice of the Lord? Why did you not destroy all of them? Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the Lord, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the Lord? And Saul said to Samuel, ‘No, no, no, no, no. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord, Samuel, and have gone the way which the Lord sent me. He sent me to fight the Amalekites, and I did. And I brought Agag, the king of Amalek. I did a great job and I utterly destroyed the Amalekites’. But he didn’t! But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.
Verse 22: And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
Verse 23: For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
You rebelled, Saul.
You people in the army, do not rebel against the word of the Lord!
Slay those who have the mark of the beast, or you will end up in their place! For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. It’s like worshipping Satan, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
We see the aftermath of Saul’s rebellion in the O.T. book of Esther:
So, a descendant of King Agag of the Amalekites, who Saul did not kill, is promoted to be second to the king of Persia, where many thousands of Jews are living in exile.
Esther 3:1 After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite (meaning: from King Agag), and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him.
Haman was an Agagite, a descendant of King Agag.
Verse 8: And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws (of Israel) are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them (to allow them to live).
Verse 9: If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.
How much is 10,000 talents of silver?
Today’s standard, between 950 million dollars and one billion dollars. A billion dollar!
You know what the Chinese are going to do?
They’re going to try to kill every American. And if you spare them [those who have taken the mark], you will fall into the hands of the devil, and they will come back!
I’m not telling you a fairy tale, people. This is going to happen. It is going to happen soon in America’s future. It’s not something that’s going to happen 10 years from now. This is coming soon! This is getting ready to happen somewhere these next few years!
The Russians aren’t going to try to colonize America, they’re going to try to destroy it with nuclear war.
Chinese, – they have over a billion Chinese – they are going to try to colonize America. And all the women, they capture. Hundreds of millions of Chinese men don’t have wives. What are they going to do to the American women, if we don’t fight and kill them to the end (anybody with the mark of the beast)?
Lord, I’m doing what You told me to do.
I did in 2007, I warned Ukraine. And the Russians again and again threatened to kill me. I remember the threats, Lord.
I did what You said; You fulfilled what You said You were going to do. And now, Lord, what You told me, I’m warning America.
You said in 2007, ‘I’ve called you to be a prophet, not just to Ukraine, but to many countries’. America is one of those many countries, Lord. I love America. I love the world [nations], Lord.
Don’t think that I don’t feel this.
The Chinese – not all the people – but at that time those in the army, they are the enemies of America.
The rulers of our states: Don’t allow the foreigners to own American land. How big mistakes you make!
In Oklahoma, you know the Chinese control all the pot industry? They bought land. Our state government has allowed them to buy the land, and they control the marijuana industry in this state. Why? It shouldn’t be. Wake up, state legislature. Wake up!
Verse 12: Then were the king’s scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king’s ring (his signet ring).
Verse 13: And the letters were sent by posts into all the king’s provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, even upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and to take the spoil of them for a prey.
The Chinese are coming to kill every man, and the little babies that will be born after the Rapture…
to kill everybody, to take the land, and to use some of the women though, and some (maybe the children) as sex slaves.
Thus saith the Lord: ‘When the Chinese come to America, they will give no quarter to any American’.
Thus saith the Lord, ‘Neither give the Chinese soldiers of the Antichrist, who have taken the six six six (666) mark of the beast, or his name, on the right hand, or in their foreheads, do not give them quarter [show them no mercy, be ruthless, don’t give them a chance, kill them all and don’t stop until they’re defeated]. They must die. I sentence them to death. As with the Amalekites, I have sentenced all who take the mark of My enemy, the Antichrist, by having his name or his number 666 put on their right hand or forehead, to death, as I sentenced all the Amalekites to death. But Saul disobeyed Me. If you choose to disobey Me, as Saul chose to disobey Me, I will cut you off as I cut off Saul, and I will allow you to be defeated by the armies of the Antichrist. And they will surely give you no quarter. They will kill you. They will rape your women and kill your babies, children born after the Rapture. The American remnant will face the same peril that the Israeli remnant from Israel faced during the time of King Ahasuerus.
Someone who was spared will gain power over you to afflict you as Haman did. Obey My commandment, and give the armies of the Antichrist no quarter, and avoid the consequences of disobedience.’
Does everybody understand that? Can I make it any plainer?
You say, “Oh, you’re like the Old Testament, you’re being harsh.” No, I’m telling you what God told me to tell you.
The International Remnant
At the midpoint of the Tribulation period…I finished the American Remnant, and now the last little section is the International remnant, that God has spoken to me:
‘At the midpoint of the Tribulation period, when the Antichrist will try to destroy and capture all countries that resist his power, the Chinese government will align with the Antichrist.
The nation of India will not pledge their allegiance to the Antichrist. Therefore, the Antichrist will persuade the Chinese to wage a nuclear war against India at the midpoint in the Tribulation period. At the same time, the Chinese will be attacking southern Canada and western Mexico to get into the American plains.
The Chinese will wage a nuclear war against India at the midpoint of the Tribulation period. The Chinese nuclear attack against India will cause the loss of hundreds of millions of lives in India. The Chinese fear the huge population of India. India is now larger in population than China (over 1.3 billion). Hundreds of millions of lives in India will die, will perish. India will reciprocate and attack China with nuclear weapons causing millions of deaths in China, but the Chinese will cause hundreds of millions of deaths in India in their nuclear attack against India. India will not be able to counter the hypersonic nuclear missiles of China, that will enter and traverse through Indian airspace with such tremendous speed. India will not be able to intercept those hypersonic nuclear missiles. That will take the lives of hundreds of millions of people from India.
Pakistan and Afghanistan will not align with the Antichrist, but the Antichrist will not have sufficient forces to attack these two countries at that time, and will plan a future attack against them, if they can’t be frightened into submitting to him.
The South African government will not align with the Antichrist. Even though the former Secretary-General of the United Nations from South Africa, Kofi Annan, whose wife is of the Rothschild lineage [bloodline], which marriage to her enabled him to receive the political support necessary to be chosen Secretary-General of the United Nations. Even though Kofi Annan was in the pocket of the Rothschilds, South Africa will not align with the Antichrist, which will be of the Rothschild lineage!’

Australia and New Zealand
I’ll be talking now about Australia and New Zealand. Listen please.
Civil war in southern Australia
Those of you right now listening from Australia and New Zealand:
‘The Australian government will align with the forces of Antichrist, and will commit their allegiance to him, which will cause civil war in southern Australia. The Australian government will side with the Antichrist. It will cause a war in southern Australia.’
On this map, in southern Australia, you see New South Wales, you see Victoria to the south there, and you see South Australia. The people in these areas will rebel against the forces of the Antichrist and the Australian government, and there will be civil war in this area of Australia. And that’s where the dominant population of Australia is.
‘A lot of Australians are not going to accept the mark of the beast; they are going to resist the forces of the Antichrist.’
I do not know the outcome of this, but I believe God is going to sustain those who rebel against the Antichrist till the end of the seven years.
The New Zealand government
‘The New Zealand government will also align with the forces of the Antichrist. And many New Zealanders, known as Kiwi, will escape to New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia to join the forces fighting against the Antichrist in southern Australia.’ Now, in Azovmena 2, there is tremendous information about the countries of eastern and central Europe.
7 Prophecies
I am now finished with American Remnant.
This is the first of all of the seven prophecies that is totally finished on my part. I’ve said and written everything that God has told me. The script is [now] 34 pages long. It will be available to everybody soon, to get this into the hands of everybody. The American Remnant is in paper form in front of everybody. It is more important than my vocal. The word of the Lord written is more important. Okay?
Azovmena is pretty much all written.
I just need to edit it to get it into the hands of everybody. And there is still some information to be put into Azovmena 2. Also…
The next major ministering will be the Israeli Remnant!
Parts of that have already been preached. I preached the Jeremiah 49 prophecy about Elam [Iran]. I preached it several times. Most of the views were in Iran and Tajikistan, in that area of the world.
And so also, I preached on numerous occasions, – even before I left Ukraine – the Psalm 83 war, that takes place before the Tribulation period. So, those are both part of the Israeli Remnant. My next big preaching will be, and I don’t know when, to finish up the Israeli Remnant. Okay?
And then to get all of these….
The Azovmena, which is the second of the Day of the Lord prophecies. Azovmena 2 is the third. American Remnant is the fourth. Israeli Remnant will be the fifth [book?].
‘The Judgment of America, The Chronicles of the American Nation’
The first prophecy, which much of it is written, but it’s not ready to preach, is called: ‘Judgment of America, The Chronicles of the American Nation’. This gives a history of America, that has brought us up to the cataclysmic events of World War III. Why it has happened. Where did America fail? What happened to America’s past? So, prophecy number one is called: Judgment of America. And I began preaching this in Ukraine in around 1997. And people would come to me, “Phillip, you started that, but you never finished!” Well, anyway, Judgement of America, The Chronicles of the American Nation will be preached later on.
Then, number six is Book of Doctrines…
that the people after the Rapture understand true biblical doctrine.
And the seventh, the Lord spoke to me several months ago…
He said, ‘Number 7 will absolutely be last’. And it is a prophecy. It is similar to the Book of Revelation, but is shorter. It explains what happens at the end of the thousand-year millennial reign (Jesus will set up His kingdom on Earth for a thousand years). Oh my goodness, the beauty of that book is beyond words, of what is written in: Family of Love. ‘Family of Love’ is the name of book seven.
