He was part of the Church of Satan, but started his own religion.
Who is Michael Aquino?
Aquino was a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army. His real job was in military intelligence and psychological operations (psyops), basically the part of the military that figures out how to influence people’s minds and win wars without just shooting.
At the same time, he was deeply into the occult!
He started as a member of Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan in the late 1960s/early 1970s. But he eventually left, because he disagreed with LaVey on this point: ‘LaVeyan Satanists are mostly atheists’. They don’t believe Satan is a real being. To them, Satan is just a symbol for rebellion, individualism, freedom, and being your own god. Oh, really?
Aquino, however, was a theistic Satanist.
He believed supernatural beings are real. He claimed that during a special ritual in 1975, he personally summoned/conjured Set (a fake Egyptian god/idol, often linked to chaos, storms, and the desert) and received a direct message from this demonic entity.
Because of this experience, Aquino broke away from the Church of Satan, and founded the Temple of Set in 1975.
What is the Temple of Set?
The Temple of Set is a religious organization that worships Set as an actual, real ‘deity’, not just a symbol.
As a Satanist, Aquino kept his job in the U.S. Army, and rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel!
The military apparently tolerated it. No surprise, huh?
He wrote a well-known military paper called ‘From Psyop to Mind War: The Psychology of Victory’. It’s about using psychological techniques in warfare.
The only Satanic religion? Don’t make me laugh!
The Temple of Set became the so-called ‘only’ Satanic religious organization, that was officially recognized by the U.S. government as a legitimate religion (for things like tax-exempt status and chaplaincy purposes). However, we know better.
Paul E. Vallely
In the video, retired U.S. Army General Paul E. Vallely (founder of Stand Up America US) speaks about how important D-Day was. His early military training came from WWII veterans, who taught and mentored him. The video also shows the connections between Aquino and groups like Turning Point USA (where Vallely is on the advisory board). Wow!
Turning Point USA has influential board members tied to political and cultural figures.
A ‘money laundering machine’
The video shows us many more faces. These organizations, these connections, are a possible money laundering machine. They’re all linked through a network of politicians and celebrities!
